Clarington Forge Garden Tools

The Clarington Forge in Wigan, England has been the source of Bulldog Tools, for the European market for over 200 years and are branded with the name Clarington Forge for the US market. 

Unique steel is used for the tool heads, which are solid forged from a single piece of steel. They are put through a special tempering process to maintain flexibility and to absorb the shock of hard work.  The handles and shafts are made from high quality sustainable wood and the timber is carefully selected for quality and grain that is straight and they are varnished to protect them from the weather.
