This best selling Dutch Hand Hoe by DeWit Tools features a sharp crescent shaped head that is offset for greater control and balance. Pull the head just below the surface of the soil or mulch and you can slice through the roots of weeds and pull them right out. The smaller size of the Dutch hand hoe gives you great control when you are working in densely planted beds enabling you to work between the rows and in other tight spaces. Available in right handed and left handed models.
This Dutch hand hoe is hand-forged from Swedish boron steel and fitted with an Ash hardwood handle from FSC Certified sustainable forests. -Guaranteed a Lifetime!

24 years old and still as good as day i bought it...

I purchased this tool for 18 or 20 dollars 24 yrs ago & wish i had bought 2. My best friend bought one as well. Her husband freaked when she told him the price. He owns a farm welding service and said he could make them alot cheaper & better well he never did. It became his favorite tool as well. Everyone should have this tool. Ive left it out and it has weathered well.

This is the best weeder by far that I have ever used. It gives you a real sense of power over the weeds as you feel it slicing through their roots. It is so easy to use and always seems to stay sharp. Just love it.

I first discovered the Dutch hand hoe while weeding at my brother-in-law's house. I HAD to have one!! (He had no idea where to buy one as he somehow wrangled it from his sister who desperately wants it back.) I was very excited to locate it on this website. Excellent price considering the fine quality. I have to sit on the ground to do weeding, and this is a wonderful tool for the job.

This is by far my most favorite tool for my yard and garden. My neighbors even ask to borrow it. I use it to plant annuals, remove grass trying to grow over my edging, weed my vegetables in my garden....the list goes on and on. I bought one of these for each of my friends for Christmas and they all love them!
