Hula Hoe

This hula hoe (also called action hoe, stirrup hoe, scuffle hoe and an oscillating hoe) is a weeding machine. With sharp edges on the front and back of the blade, you’re able to push and pull the blade just under the surface, slicing through the weed roots while leaving the surface soil in place. A little play or wiggle in the blade allows the blade to cut at the correct angle, whether you’re pushing or pulling.
