  1. Love My Little Dutch Hoe

Posted by Tim Ott on 1st Sep 2013

I feel so lucky to have found your website and to have purchased the DeWit pull spork hoe. It is by far the best and most versatile garden tool that I own or have ever owned. Being one who believes that the fewer fume-belching machines in the world the better off we'll all be, I prefer to work my garden soil by hand. This DeWit pull spork hoe is a high quality, well built garden tool that I expect will provide me with excellent service for many years to come. I love my little Dutch hoe. Thank you so much.

  2. Well made -Good design

Posted by Carol on 10th Jul 2013

This tool does just what I hoped it would. Better than an old style hoe, the design breaks up the soil and doesn't drag the dirt into piles. Well balance and sturdy. I would recommend it to anyone who enjoys gardening.

  3. must have

best tool I've ever used for turning soil with rocks imbedded.

  4. One of my best purchases

Posted by Cathie on 8th Jun 2012

I am so impressed with the pull spork hoe! It got quite a workout this past week eradicating black medic, creeping charlie, sudan grass and other types of weeds. Then I used it to break up some very compacted, dry soil. It is a fantastic tool - very strong, and very sharp! Highly recommended!

  5. well made tool

Posted by Roger The Shrubber on 17th Oct 2011

If the soil is wet you'd probably be better off with something like the 3 tine cultivator as the Spork tends to clog some, but other wise it's a nice tool to have in the arsenal.

  6. great tool for getting out entire weed

Posted by sandra on 3rd Oct 2011

we loved using the shorter hand version and wished for a tool so w wouldn't have to spend so much time bent over. then we found this online - great! able to weed a whole row before having to bend over to retrieve debris. much more efficient. highly recommend it to anyone who visits the farm.

  7. Sturdy and aggressive

Posted by Jim on 8th Jun 2011

It works beautifully as a surface weeding hoe, goes a bit deeper as a grub hoe and finishes off the job as a cultivator. The Spork line is inspired and this makes a worthy addition to the family.
