An excellent knife for budding and grafting

I can't call this the best knife since I've only used two, but it has all of the features you'd expect. The thumb rest for using the bark lifter keeps you from cutting your finger, and the single-sided edge is nice for controlling your cuts. Easy to sharpen and holds the edge well.

Could easily be the last budding knife you ever need to buy.
