If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for refund, replacement or store credit - provided it is in new condition and in it’s original packaging.
We will honor all manufacturer's warranty. This warranty does NOT apply to products where there has been a failure due to misuse, neglect, or accident.
Please inspect your items as soon as possible after delivery. If an item is damaged in shipping, you need to contact the shipper (USPS or FedEx) rather than sending it back directly to us. Please, DO call us or send us an email and let us know about the problem.

Probably like you, we hate shipping...at least the costs involved with it! We absolutely look for the least expensive shipping methods that we can find to get your order to you in a timely matter.

Same Day Shipping! We stock all the products you see on our website and we ship the same (business) day...unless it's late afternoon, in which case your order will ship the next business day.
In the event that we are temporarily out of stock of a product, our software will not allow you to purchase that product until its back in stock. The only exception to this is with Foldit Carts, because of the cost of shipping we drop ship these as we don't want you to have to pay for shipping twice. (They are very fast about shipping them)
Is your order a gift? - If your order is a gift and you would like us to include a card with a note from you, please include your message in the "Order Notes" box located in the shopping cart.
Economy Shipping (slower) – Orders will take a little longer to get to you and are shipped via FedEx SmartPost and are then handed off to the Post Office for final delivery. These can only be shipped to residential addresses. Transit time is 5-9 days.
Standard Shipping (faster) – Depending on the size of your package, we will ship your order via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground. Transit time is 2-6 days.
Free Economy Shipping on orders over $175.00 (Free shipping on orders over $175 applies to shipments to the contiguous United States only.)

International - Unfortunately, because the very high shipping costs, we do not ship overseas. (but we'll sure try to help you find a place to purchase overseas)
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. Most items will be shipped within 24 hours and you will be notified by email when your package ships. Shipping times vary depending on where you live in relation to our shipping location here in Kerrville, Texas.

We Recycle - Whenever we can, we reuse boxes and packing material, but only if it's in good enough condition to guarantee your order's undamaged delivery to you.
Checkout Policy and Security
We accept Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress and Discover cards through Payleap Secure Credit Card Payment Gateway. You may also pay directly from your PayPal account. Taxes will only be charged on orders shipped to the state of Texas.
We never see your credit card information and it is never saved on our computers!
All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
How do I know if the page I'm on is secure? Good question. The easiest way to see if the page you are entering sensitive information on is to look at the top of your browser (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, etc) window and look at address bar. The internet address of the page you are on is shown in that address bar. The page address will start with either "http:// or "https://". Creating an Account
First off, when or if you create an account, we will never contact you unless it’s directly related to an order. If you want to sign up for a newsletter, this is altogether different and you can do so at the bottom of any page.

View Messages - You can receive and send messages to Garden Tool Company about your order. When a message is sent regarding one of your orders, you will receive an email notification.
View Order Status - See the status of every order you've placed at Garden Tool Company, including whether it has been shipped, and if so an optional tracking number.
Completed Orders - See all completed orders you've placed at Garden Tool Company.
Your Address Book - Add, edit and remove shipping and billing destinations from your address book.
