My favorite

This is the only hoe I use any more - it surpasses the effectiveness of my stirrup hoe which I used for years. The edge can be sharpened, the pointed end gets you into the soil, under tough roots and the edge cuts roots effectively. You can go shallow and scrape the surface or cut deeply depending on the angle you work at. I am short (5'1") and need tools that aren't too long or too heavy. This tool is lightweight and gets the job done.

Awesome!

Cuts weeds right at or below surface. Pulls out clumps of grass by the roots. Tool is high quality metal and wood handle. Looks like it will be easy to maintain a sharp edge. Saves my back. I recommend.
